Factual corrections

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service offerings are wrong in your listing, you can request a correction. Provide the correct information plus a source to verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified, the corrected facts stay in place through future data updates.

Score disputes

Your score comes directly from a formula applied to your Google reviews. We do not edit scores by hand. A dispute is only valid if the input data itself is wrong: the listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews have been attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary in your listing misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. Disputes trigger a re-check of the sources and a regeneration of your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher score.

Removals

Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if your listing is a duplicate, or if your business falls outside the scope of this directory. The directory re-verifies all listings monthly and automatically removes those that are closed. Even if your request is denied, you will receive an explanation.
